Focus on supervision, production, planning and scheduling, demonstrate knowledge of ACE & Lean tools in a manufacturing environment. Implement ACE & Lean initiatives to attain ACE Gold. Lead project teams, directly supervise hourly, exempt, or non-exempt individual contributors. Engage off shifts in promotion and participation of 6S, QCPC turnbacks, productivity improvements, quality initiatives, etc.



BA/BS degree preferred with 4-7 years experience
MA/MS degree with 2-5 years experience


Performance of skilled manufacturing operations, planning and allocation of resources, materials and scheduling to obtain the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow.


Actively support the organizations efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans, promote an ethics-based business culture in his/her organization.
