Supevisor - Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
FMC Technologies ? Airport Services is looking for a qualified candidate to work at the Dallas / Fort Worth Airport. 


Daily oversight and direction of employee teams to assure operational excellence.  Oversight and direction includes, personnel scheduling, work order (CM/PM) and productivity plans, material availability, resolution and direction of employee technical and customer issues.  Direct daily interaction with employee team members to provide support and on the job training.  Constantly strives to improve management, employee and customer satisfaction.   

? Oversee, develop and assign employee work schedules
? Training of employees, planning, assigning and directing their work product
? Continuous oversight and development of a safe work environment
? Act as a contact for the customer and provide the customer with status reports as required.
? Oversee and assure that work order information is correct and is accurately input into the CMMS
? Responsible for the scheduling and completion of all preventative maintenance
? Responsible for the timely scheduling and completion of all corrective maintenance work.
? Responsible for verifying all work is being done correctly, safely and on time.
? Responsible for scheduling contractors and assuring the quality of their work.
? Ensure that all required materials are ordered and that work is done within budget
? Ensure all maintenance is coordinated with the appropriate customer and airport authority personnel
? Ability to prepare cost estimates for repair work.
? Enforce Good housekeeping and tool control
? Foster and build an environment that promotes safety and teamwork
? Ensure that all equipment is maintained in proper, safe and functioning order





REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 
? High school diploma or GED, with a preference for higher education and/or specialized technical training certifications.

? Preference for 5+ years experience in the area of airport maintenance services, alternatively 5+ years of building and facilities maintenance will be considered.

? Supervisory experience a must.

? Familiarity with airport equipment (boarding bridges, PC Air, 400Hz, baggage handling systems, HVAC, elevators/escalators) maintenance a plus.

? PC skills with knowledge of word processing and Excel spreadsheets with an ability to learn CMMS systems.

? Must have a valid Texas Drivers License, and the ability to pass an FAA Security Background Check.
