Systems Engineer experienced in difficult and complex assignments in the aerospace industry. Candidate must be capable of generating system level requirements, specification and design description documents for elctro-mechanical devices and servo controllers. Candidate must be able to work closely with customers.

Candidate must be generally familiar with control theory and modeling of servo controlled systems. A working knowledge of MATLAB?SIMULINK as a simulation tool to aid in creating algorithms and assessing system performance is strongly desired.

Proven technical leadership over multiple engineering disciplines is required. The candidate prepares estimates of time, cost and staffing requirements. The ability to present technical information both written and orally is key to success in this position. Broad analytical skills and the ability to balance conflicting requirements are essential.

BSEE/SW required. MS degree preferred.

A minimum of 5 years design/development experience.
