We need a seasoned recruiter to help with Engineering Recruiting. 5 yrs or more exp required with Aerospace, Space or Engineering Recruiting (agency or corporate recruiting exp is acceptable) We are not seeking an IT recruiter.

Required: 5-7 yrs Technical Recruiting experience 5 yrs experience with Aerospace, Space or Engineering Recruiting(NOT IT) Strong internet background - searching, posting, networking, etc. Sourcing experience Good screening/interviewing/negotiating skills Experience with MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Outlook calendar exp required.

We prefer to hire DIRECT. We are open to hiring contract to direct. Contractors may be considered.
