Technical Writer

Writes portions of airplane maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogs, and other maintenance documents for major reconfiguration of commercial aircraft per ATA-2200 standards. Minimum job requirements include five years experience preparing aviation technical publications; proficiency in MS Word and other MS Office Software; proficiency in SGML; working knowledge of ATA-2200 standards; the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; and the ability to coordinate technical information with engineering, technical illustrators, and customers.
