Analyst will provide Joint Data Network (JDN)/Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) expertise during the planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of operational assessments and Joint/Combined Interoperability Tests in support of the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Tactical Data Link (TDL),Warfighter Support, and other programs. Will function under limited supervision and will have full range of test responsibilities in support of customers

Experience in the following areas is required

?Candidate must be very knowledgeable of Joint Tactical Information DIstribution System/Multifunctional Information Distribution System (JTIDS/MIDS) operations, JTIDS/MIDS network design/initialization and analysis using Link Management Systems (LMS) TDL)
?Knowledge of gateway systems, e.g., ADSI, ROBE, JTEP, and Military Standards, e.g., MIL-STD-6016 (Link 16) and MIL-STD-3011 (JRE Application Protocols (JREAP)), as well as weapon systems and other Department of Defense Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems that implement the TDL protocols.
?Must have strong writing skills and have the ability to give presentations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels.
?Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task while working with a team and/or independently with minimal supervision.
?Must be able to work under deadline-driven conditions and have the ability to think clearly and analytically.
?Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
?A minimum of 8 years TDL or systems testing experience or equivalent education is required.
?May require frequent travel to various locations world-wide to support planning conferences, operational assessments, and other technical interchange meetings.

Experience in the following areas is an asset:
?Military experience
?IT Test and Evaluation experience
?DOD interoperability evaluation/certification, project management skills.
