Procure and manage product hardware and services in support of Tubes & Manifolds. Responsibilities include purchase order placement, ensuring hardware delivery assurance, consistent aerospace quality, and equitable product costs. Jointly participate with Business Center, CIPT, and supplier continuous improvement teams in aggressively attacking all non-value added costs of conducting business within these particular supply chains. Actively manage and analyze supply base capability to comply with P&W technical, quality, and delivery commitments along with P&W continuous improvement, lead-time and cost reduction goals.

Foster professional working relationships between supply base and P&W technical, operational, and management personnel through effective communications. Participate in meetings with technical and operational specialists to assure technical requirements are properly communicated and all legal, contractual, and company policies and procedures are in compliance.


Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related discipline. Equivalent qualifications such as an additional 5 years procurement experience will be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree.

Minimum of 2 years work in procurement processes, procedures, supported by computer systems. Demonstrated success in customer/supplier interface, and achieving established metrics. Knowledge of forging, machining, and tube fabrication processes is desirable. Essential qualifications include:
