GREAT Hours ~ Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

$13/hr.

We are in need of a sharp general office clerk to work in a small office ~ family environment! You will do some accounts payable, matching freight bills and brokerage bills and 10 key invoices and receivables into Peachtree. You will pick up the mail daily, prepare fed-ex batches to go out daily, including promotional items. Must be comfortable answering incoming calls, very detail oriented and accurate!

Preferred Skills:

* Peachtree

* MS Office (Excel is more important than the other software packages)

The office is casual - jeans and shorts are okay as long as they are professional!
