Lawn Route Manager

 

Career:  Learn how to grow your own business, teach clients how to get a lawn that will make them proud, and provide lawn care services.  You will spend time rounding out your skills by learning all aspects of turf care, tree and shrub care, as well as irrigation and drainage in the urban landscape.  Advancement opportunities are available for succussful team members.

Route Manager:  This position includes sales, production, and service of 300-500 client properties.  Route Managers assist clients with a full range of horticultural consultation, while providing fertilization, seeding, weed control, insect and disease control services.  We work hard and take great satisfaction in helping clients get a lawn that will make them proud.

 

Pay:  A recent college graduate starts at approximately $30,000 per year.
