In this position, you will be the one who ensures contract adherence; prevents loss of timber through breakage and damage; controls safe practices; protects forest; helps with productivity improvement; documents actions.

Qualifications

Capable of producing comprehensive documentation.

Easily analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.

Experience in a Facilities Management or Environmental Health and Safety position. Strong exposure to environmental science, industrial hygiene, and health and safety issues.

Extensive experience in process improvement/re-engineering. Familiar with process definition, process and yield improvement, cost reduction, and cycle-time analysis.

Track record of maintaining high-quality standards for the organization and implementing quality initiatives.

General knowledge of state and/or federal environmental law, including permitting, policies, and issues.

Available to infrequently work after hours and weekends, if required.

Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.

Conscious of need to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company values.

BS in Forestry with three years work experience.
