SportsFlight Air Inc. is seeking an energetic, intelligent, and ambitious person with an interest in aviation to be a Charter Sales Coordinator.  This person will be based in our San Francisco office but will also support our New York and Washington DC offices.

SportsFlight Air Inc. is an air charter services company dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our high-end clients.  Through strong relationships with aircraft operators around the country and the world, we are able to provide our clients with a wide array of aircraft to suit their transportation needs.

We are a small but successful company and have our sites set on growth.  We work in a very unique and dynamic industry that constantly provides a challenge and is always interesting.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

? Receive air charter requests via phone and email

? Research aircraft options to determine the best solutions for client trips

? Present Clients with timely and accurate price quotes as well as all other pertinent flight information.

? Upon acceptance of proposal, facilitate contracts and secure proper credit approval or payment methods for each customer.

? Consult with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and manage their expectations.

? Manage flight itineraries, ground handling, catering, and ground transportation for clients

? Interface with aircraft operators to communicate client requirements, verify schedules, etc.

? Maintain constant contact with client throughout and after the trip to ensure quality of service and Client satisfaction.

? Analyze Client?s on-going transportation needs in order to initiate the development of future charter business.

? Research and develop relationships with Charter suppliers (aircraft operators)

? Develop knowledge of aircraft types and capabilities to recommend best solutions to clients

 

Qualifications

? University degree preferred

? At least 2 years of related business experience in a customer facing role (interest or prior experience in aviation a strong plus)

? Ability to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clients

? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

? Strong computer skills
