Ramp Agents Duties:
* Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight and company mail on and off aircraft
* Responsible for maintaining safety and security on the ramp
* Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously

 

 Customer Service Agent Duties
*Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and timely manner
*Issue tickets, assign seat assignments, check baggage, board flights and provide any other information needed
Comply with all safety procedures and Station policies
Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints



Qualifications:
*Must be at least 18 years of age
*US citizen or show proof of right to work in US
*High School Graduate or GED
*Ability to lift 60+ pounds consistently
*Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
*Must possess a valid drivers license

The offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of FBI fingerprints/background results, drug screen, physical agility test, and training.
