Manager - International Revenue Management

Manage departmental activities in the area of International Revenue Management for a pricing or inventory team. Devise fare/revenue management initiatives to increase Delta's revenue. Develop, evaluate, and implement processes to ensure published and unpublished fares are competitive in the market. Represent Revenue Management to other departments in both standing and ad hoc meetings and projects. Works on various ad hoc projects concerning department level strategies, performance, etc Direct team of approximately 8-14 employees which may be comprised of Team Leaders, Strategy Analysts, Senior Analysts and Analysts. Ensures accomplishment of goals and recommends process improvements. Responsible for staffing decisions and personnel issues. Mentors team members and provides leadership development.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Marketing. MBA or MS in a quantitative discipline preferred. Should have three to five years related work experience. Skills in project analysis, development, implementation and support. Superior technical, analytical, organizational and decision making skills are required. Ability to handle multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Candidate must be able to develop, implement and review revenue enhancing initiatives from beginning to end. Must exceed job expectations every day and be able make good decisions quickly. Excellent understanding of mathematical concepts related to pricing and inventory management is essential. Excellent quantitative abilities, oral/written communication and presentation skills are essential, as are an in-depth knowledge of mainframe databases and tools (e.g:
