Supervisor- Passenger Service

Penauille Servisair a global aviation service company has an opening for a Supervisor- Passenger Service at its McCarran International Airport location (Las Vegas).  The qualified candidate is responsible for leading and directing the Passenger Service Agents on his/her shift in the execution of their day-to-day duties, while ensuring that the Company?s and/or Airline Customer?s policies and standards are met.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide overall direction, coordination, and assignment of the Passenger Service Agents with the department.

-Assist in passenger training programs.

-Prepare and distribute employee schedules.

-Conduct safety briefings as per Company requirements.

-Complete daily shift report.

-Complete accident reports and investigate when necessary within the required time set per Company.

-Maintain inventory of passenger service supplies.

-Oversee baggage service.

-Administer discipline as set out in Company policies.

-Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager - Passenger Service.

-Directly supervises the Passenger Service Agents.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-Must possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

-Two (2) to four (4) years airline and/or customer service experience.

-Must be computer literate MS Word, Excel, Cute, Sabre, and KRONOS.
