Alfandre Architecture P.C., and Liebman Associates/Alfandre Architecture, a joint venture, specializing in Green Buildings, located in the beautiful Hudson Valley, 90 miles from NYC near the Catskills.  We produce a variety of interesting projects including, commercial, industrial, institutional, religious, and residential buildings, while maintaining our goal to provide spaces and places of lasting beauty.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural manager (license not mandatory), min. 10+ years experience, with the capacity and experience to manage and be a team leader, ready to assume a long term permanent position managing and overseeing a variety of projects, primarily commercial and high-end residential, through all phases of production and construction.  In addition to being able to manage and oversee the production of design/construction documents, proficiency in AutoCad required.  The  ideal candidate will also be able to produce such documents as required, be able to act as liason between principals and staff to implement and coordinate production of documents, be able to check and maintain cost-controlling procedures for projects to be at or under budget, and be able to generate new business leads, and be willing to assume co-responsibility for the success of the firm.
