Candidates should have a minimum B.Arch from an accredited school or architecture or degree in Interior Design, with at least 2+ years experience.

Requirements:

*Tenant improvement / Commercial office space planning
*Healthcare
*High-end custom residential
*Resorts / hotels / hospitality
*Airports
* Mixed use projects / Multi-family housing & commercial
* Core-and-shell / new office buildings
* High-rise multi-family housing

CAD Skills:
AutoCAD proficiently required. Microstation skills a plus for certain positions.
