ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER II

I complement the design team using my expertise to provide quality design services.

Using my four year degree and my 5 plus years of Architectural Experience in the Hospitality Industry, I assist with plan reviews, fa?ade enhancements and site plan yield/feasibility analyses for all domestic projects. I assist the Architectural Design team with preliminary and final plan review for design compliance as necessary. I assist the Product Development team as necessary with support on prototypical brand initiatives, including development of guideline drawings, specifications, sample room project management and product marketing and sales materials. With my knowledge of the Hospitality Industry, I manage multiple projects simultaneously with an emphasis on the franchisee?s perspective.

IF I CAN YOU CAN TOO.

You will maintain the tracking system for design management of projects and prototypical initiatives, including distribution of prototype information.

You will stay abreast of the latest architectural trends in the Hospitality Industry, specifically related to Product Architectural and Construction specifications.

You will assist the Strategic Partnership (Procurement) group in increasing corporate approved construction vendor base to increase corporate revenues & sales of FF&E (Furniture Fixtures and Equipment) to the licensee community.

You will work with Choice Hotels International franchisees by keeping them updated on project status and progress of prototype development.
