AUTOCAD DRAFTSMAN/ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER FOR SCHLOTZSKY'S, LTD.

Schlotzsky's, Ltd., an international franchise fast casual restaurant chain, headquartered in Austin, Texas, with locations in 36 states and six foreign countries, is growing!! We currently are currently seeking an experienced AutoCad Draftsman/Architectural Designer for our corporate office.

 

Responsibilities of this position include:Developing prototypical and site specific design and construction documentsCoordinating changes to buildings and equipment that are necessary due to cost, clarification and code requirementsProviding schematic design drawings and coordinate with outside consultants in production of drawings and specificationsReviewing drawings for conformity to Company standards

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:Proficiency in AutoCad 2000/2005Knowledgeable of architectural principles and proceduresPrior experience working with hospitality and commercial projects preferredArchitectural degree preferred
