Architect: Job Captain /Project Manager

Description:
Architecture and interior design firm seeks a staff or project architect with experience and knowledge of commercial interiors. We are a small firm of 7 people and are hiring new team members as our firm grows. We are seeking intelligent and creative architects who want to design and who understand how things are made. Our firm specializes in design solutions that integrate architecture and interior design. Project types include: spas, salons, restaurants, and museums.

Responsibilities Include:
All aspects of architecture and interior design
Code analysis, development of code compliant solutions.
Engineering coordination
Development of project documents & information
Preparation of project drawings from Schematic to Construction Documents phases
Management and coordination of project revisions
Construction Administration

Requirements:
3 to 10 years of experience preferred.
AutoCAD experience required
B?arch min. required.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have a working knowledge of codes.
Must be able to put together construction document sets, and to work with contractors.
Must be able to work with others, and to communicate effectively.
Must be able to manage small to medium size projects.
European travel experience preferred.
European design office/internship experience preferred.
Construction experience preferred.
