Architect/ Program Manager Voice (Global Infrastructure Services)

VISA Status: H1/Green Card/US Citizen

Location: Stamford/ Danbury (Connecticut)

 

Job Title: Program Manager ? Voice Infrastructure

 

Primary Function (Responsibilities):Program Management Account Management, Key Interface between Customer and Delivery. Track Delivery performance and focus on Developing Strategy with Customer on Continuous Service Improvement. Focus on growth and meet the Revenue targets set for the function. Team management across Offshore and Onsite.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:Graduate with 12-15+ Years of IT Experience and Relevant 5 years of Program management experience in Designing & implementing Voice Infrastructure. Good Understanding of Voice products, Service delivery. PMP certified/ITIL certified preferred Should have ability to influence an articulate effectively. Good Analytics Skills. Should have Managed Large customers. Ability to create & deliver Voice solutions to customers. Techno Commercial Acumen.

 

 

 

Job Title:  Architect ? Voice

 

Primary Functions (Responsibilities):

? Ability to Plan and Design and provide customers solutions for Infrastructure improvements.

? Analyze Infrastructure incidents create mitigation plans for Business Impact.

? Measure and Analyze Delivery performance and focus on Developing Strategy with Customer on Continuous Service Improvement.

? Evaluate and recommend solutions to customers on New Technologies.

? Prepare  CBA and ROI for New initiatives.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

? Engineering Graduate with 7-10 Years of IT Experience and Relevant 3-5 years of Architect and consulting Experience in Designing & implementing Voice Networks

? Expertise in High end Voice Products such as Avaya/Nortel, and in-depth working knowledge of ACD/ CMS/ IVR/ Cisco AVVID/ ICR platforms.

? Good Knowledge on Call Routing, Speech technologies etc.,.

? ITIL certified preferred

? Good Analytics Skills.
