Architect - Project Manager and Junior Architect – Cad Draftsperson

Work in a fast paced, creative environment with a growing, 15 people, well established architecture firm specializing in retail, restaurant and commercial tenant improvement projects both nationally and internationally for high end corporate clients which has immediate openings for the following full time positions:

1. Architect - Project Manager: Great opportunity for leadership role and client relations. Min. 5 to 8 years professional experience coordinating the Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents phase of commercial retail and restaurant projects or other commercial projects. Salary75K to 100K per year / commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture Degree or Master of Architecture.
Architect license preferred (not required)
Knowledge of building codes.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to manage schedules and meet tight deadlines.
Proven experience managing staff and production of Contract Document.
Proven experience managing consultants.
Proven experience interacting with clients.
Good graphic and design skills a plus.

2. Junior Architect ? Cad Draftsperson: Min. 2 to 3 years experience working on design development and contract documents for retail, restaurant and/or commercial projects. Salary40K to 45K per year / commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Architecture Degree.
Knowledge of building codes.
Excellent presentation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of multiple operating systems and common business and CAD applications.
Ability to multitask.
Good graphic and design skills a plus.
