This firm has multiple studios, which support single-family, multi-family, high density, mid/hi- rise, assisted living and retail design projects. Note: The following opportunity is a full-time position with our client (Employer paid fees).



Our customer is presently seeking either an intermediate or senior planning professionals who have experience in planning the design for single-family and multi-family residential projects and communities.



Qualified applicants will have experience in the design and preparation of site development/landscape plans, conducting density studies/building analysis and site studies for pending multi-residential architectural projects. You must also have demonstrated experience working with local, state and federal agencies and experience in maintaining and updating relevant governmental planning documents.
