Architectural Project Managers and Assistant Managers

Established North Orange County, CA. architectural firm, specializing in remodeling with some new construction projects, with immediate openings for highly skilled assistant and fully vested project managers to manage current projects. Current assignments primarily oriented towards public agency (school) projects that are in design and construction. Candidates must posess very strong construction knowledge and have very good interpersonal skills.

Must have strong writing skills, be very good at writing clearly, and be very fluent in working in Word and Excel. Must be very familiar with construction phase document management such as RFI's, Change Orders, and interpreting construction documents. Familiarity with State and local public agency document management is considered a significant asset. Seeking individuals with demonstrated abilities to track and monitor their project work and take responsibility for it, follow-up, and make certain that things get done.

Architectural license not required, but a significant plus. Architectural interns are also a plus.
