Seeking a design oriented draftsperson with 3+ years experience. Some responsibilities will include CAD drafting, design development and assisting with specifications. This person will also work with the project architect to complete construction documents. We design live/work communities with a contemporary industrial feel and build primarily wih concrete, steel and glass. An understanding of construction detailing with a resourceful approach to modern design and construction are a must. Some experience with adaptive reuse is a plus. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2002 or higher is essential. Opportunities for advancement exist as our company is rapidly expanding.Please e-mail resumes to peter@creativenvironments.net
