Job Description:
Provide senior-level technical expertise on planning projects or planning aspects of assigned projects. Implement effective management processes to assure professional planning assignments are performed including data collection and analysis, plan and implementation programming, report writing, graphics preparation, client relations meetings, and public information meetings. Provide specialized planning information, data, and analysis as required by the nature of the assigned project.

Direct planning aspect of project.
Prepare scope of work and budget for projects pertaining to planning.
Solicit new work.
Determine project assignments for support staff.
Conduct research, write and analyze reports pertaining to project impact.
Initiate marketing strategies.
Formulate project budget and monitors expenditures.
Coordinate response to leads.
Presentation of proposals.


Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Planning plus 15 years of experience.
