Contract Mechanical Pro-E Wildfire Designer

Manpower Professional, a division of Manpower International, is seeking a Mechanical Pro-E Wildfire Designer for a five(5) month contract assignment in the Mequon, WI. area. This individual will be on a product team for the development of variable frequency AC motor drives. This position focuses on the mechanical component/assembly design area. Knowledge of molding, casting, sheet metal, stamping, rapid prototyping, machining, and finishing processes is a must. Candidates must be proficient on Pro-E Wildfire with the ability to create and manipulate complex part models and manage large assemblies. This person must be familiar with CAD/CAE engineering environments including the requirements of ECN, PDM and MRP systems. This individual must also have demonstrated proficiency using Pro-Engineer solid modeling software and Intralink PDM. This person will be accountable to meet product requirements and design specifications and must complete any responsibilities that deal with records keeping as specified by their immediate supervisor and/or program manager. This individual must be able to evaluate and develop various designs and manufacturing methods to optimize product functionality and will be responsible for creating layout concepts and developing packaging designs for the product. Candidates should possess a minimum of five(5) years of experience.
