Custom Residential Architect / project manager

Licensed Architect specializing in custom residential architecture seeks to add a talented, motivated associate with 5+ years of relevant experience.  Successful candidate must have creative design talent and the desire to produce flawless construction documents and details. 

 

Specific Position requirements:

 

5+ years experience in the architectural field.

High level of Architectural AutoCAD proficiency. (Currently using AutoCAD 2006lt.)

Solid understanding of residential framing and construction.

Ability to accurately solve building sections and details. 

Creatively solve multiple problems with logical solutions.

Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and have a strong work ethic. 

Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
