Mitsubishi Electric & Electronics USA, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for Drafters in its Elevators & Escalators division in Cypress, CA.?

?

Responsibilities include the following:

?Prepares new or modified existing drawings using AUTO CAD 2000 from project specs.Utilizes CAD library drawings in the preparation of shop drawings.Gathers data and assist engineers or assigned Project Engineer.Prepares & coordinates submittal final drawing packages.Reviews assigned tasks, drawings, & supporting documents to verify completeness, clarity & accuracy of work assigned.Prints & files drawings & engineering documents.

Qualifications:

?General knowledge & ability to apply ASME Y14.5 drafting principles.Ability to read architectural & structural drawings.Two year Degree 'Engineering Associate' from Technical School or Junior College.Proficient in Auto Cad 2000?(1-5 yrs. related experience).Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.One year related experience in the application of elevators & escalators in the construction of buildings, a plus.Ability to work on various projects at the same time.? Strong organizational skills.Ability to make resolutions & recommendations.
