Design Director

Little, one of the nation?s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Design Director for our Workplace/Office Studio in Charlotte, NC. 

 

We are seeking a person with proven experience in innovative office building and workplace design whose work and portfolio reflects remarkable architecture and demonstrates the ability to provide a high level of design excellence.  We are seeking a design leader who can excite and mentor others; who wants to roll up his/her sleeves and support a collaborative approach to creative problem solving. 

 

In addition, we are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills, including the ability to listen intently and respond with tangible and thought-provoking solutions and who naturally establishes great client relationships.  Preferred candidates will be registered and have a minimum of seven years of experience.
