This will include managing the activities of the architectural firms serving on various projects as well as overseeing any in-house architecture efforts. He/she will serve as the main point person on all architectural programs including overseeing design teams, facilitating effective communications between all involved parties and managing costs. Specific responsibilities include: Work with executive management to ensure that brand is consistent and present in all architectural elements. Organize, structure and oversee architecture competitions as they relate to new development projects, including serving as a judge to select winning design and firm from competition. Manage outsourced architectural efforts including external firms and internal resources. Oversee and manage architectural costs associated with specific development projects. Serve as POC between construction, design & engineering vendors and partners. Lead design strategy sessions. Oversee in-house architecture projects, including necessary design and specification of plans. Candidate must have a career history of large scale Hotel/Casino project experience. Flagship project in Macau, China is $2.5 billion project. Valid US Passport & extensive travel is required. Office locations: Las Vegas, Hong Kong/Macau & Singapore.Compensation to $300K DOE + Executive Package.

 Hospitality/Managing Vice President of Engineering (Civil): Reporting to the Executive Vice President of this Hotel Casino Development Corporation, the Managing Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for the effective management of all engineering efforts of this Development Corporation globally.
