Design Team Manager

Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. (ITSI) is a national Engineering, Vertical Construction & Consulting firm based in Walnut Creek, California, (www.itsi.com) focusing on providing turnkey solutions for our clients. ITSI's clients include all branches of the Department of Defense in addition to other government agency clients.

We are seeking a Design Team Manager/Project Engineer for our Federal Design/Build group in Walnut Creek, CA.

Qualifications and Education:

Professional Engineeror or Registered Architect

10+ years experience working in building design and/or construction

7+ years experience preparing estimates and proposals

5+ years experience working on government projects

5+ years experience leading or managing project teams

Strong MS Office skills project management software a plus

Strong communication skills required
