Skills needed: interior design talent (creativity, imagination, originality), ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, teamwork.

Computer skills: must be proficient in excel, word, powerpoint, outlook 2003, e-mail and internet. Knowledge of Autocad 2005.

General: approx. 40 hours standard from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Limited domestic travel.

Responsible for all aspects of interior decoration of model home interiors including but not limited to:

???Use creativity and originality to develop new innovative theme ideas and unique color/fabric schemes.

???Create imaginative detail drawings for presentation and specification.

???Selections for interiors for window coverings, wall coverings, floor coverings, trim work, lighting, cabinetry, paint and other materials.

???Design presentation boards and packets.

???Develop space plans for floor plans and traffic.

???Manage projects with given deadlines and stay on budget.

???General office upkeep.

???Other duties as requested by supervisors.

Use creative solutions for the installation of model home items.

Decide appropriate placement of accessories, furniture and art.

Direct contract labor.

Lifting up to 50lbs +/-.
