Director of Business Development - OSHPD

 

One of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the country presently seeks Senior Business Development Manager for their offices located in the Western Region. Our client is seeking a professional with extensive business development experience supporting healthcare/OSHPD projects. Our client is highly respected for its ability to deliver high quality design projects to their customers.



Your primary responsibility will be to expand our client?s healthcare practice in the Western United States. This position will require coordination with the National Director of Business Development, as well as with Managing Principals.



You must have demonstrated experience developing work and business relationships in the healthcare practice area, as well as supporting all cross-functional departments during proposal preparation and during presentations. You must have demonstrated experience in acquiring large healthcare/hospital projects, as well as superior knowledge dealing with the architectural design process, data management, full design, and construction.



You must possess:



Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Business and an MBA is highly desired.



Fifteen plus years experience in developing and closing architectural design projects.



Candidates should have extensive contacts, client list, and project resume files ready for referencing.
