Director of Residential and Retail Planning

 

We are presently conducting a search for a highly qualified professional with extensive planning experience. This is a director level position with our client. Our client is one of the leading architectural design and planning firms in the United States. This person will be responsible for leading and managing the planning organization for our client which has multiple studios supporting a wide variety of projects to include master planned residential communities, mixed-use and retail development projects.



Our client seeks an individual with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering and demonstrated managerial experience supporting land-planning projects. Qualified applicants will be able to implement a comprehensive planning and design process, which results in market proven, environmentally sensitive and cost effective planning and design solutions, as well as the ability to mentor our client?s planning staff.



This position is a major career opportunity and an ownership position would be immediately available to the right candidate. Compensation is generous with a full benefit package and twice annual bonus. A signing bonus is negotiable.
