We are currently seeking a Facility Management Assistant to support our Facilities Department in the management, organization and production of its projects and ongoing responsibilities.  Duties will include coordinating and following up on facilities maintenance projects and scheduling of work, place and track purchase orders, maintain existing facilities and design project files and documentation, set up new project files, develop storage programs for completed project documents and construction drawings, follow up and maintain facilities information systems data, coordinate bid process as necessary for various in house projects, research and resource data and product for the department?s use.

 

The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following: Facilities, Construction Mgmt, or Commercial Furniture Systems. You must have excellent written and oral communication, good social skills, the ability to understand architectural drawings, good organizational skills, good follow through and be detail oriented. You should be proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project. AutoCAD a plus.  We offer great company benefits.
