Facilities Planner

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Planner to work at our location in Austin, TX.

 

Responsibilities:

?  Developing and overseeing the implementation of strategies and plans to meet short and long term space requirements for each business group

?  Developing of programming criteria

?  Developing and updating space utilization plans

?  Maintaining and updating CAFM plans and providing space allocation reports

?  Developing system furniture plans

?  Managing installation crews

 

Qualified candidates will also be able to understand internal customer business objectives and timelines, while using this information to anticipate customer facility space needs and develop innovative business solutions.

 

Requirements:

?  BS in Interior Design; FIDER accredited university preferred

?  Minimum of five years? experience in corporate space planning

?  Fluency in AutoCAD 2000 and able to produce multiple space planning scenarios using CAD

?  Experience working with CAFM applications

?  Systems furniture experience; Teknion experience a plus

?  Strong listening, customer service and problem-solving skills
