Interior Designer-Senior Project Management Position

Recently chosen as a top national multi-family architectural firm, Richmond based Poole & Poole Architecture is developing an in-house interiors group and is looking for an experienced, creative designer (license preferred) to help lead and grow our interiors group. We would also consider intern level candidates and architectural project managers but our focus is on a seasoned professional with organizational, design and leadership ability. Multi-family or residential experience would be a plus but is not necessary. Our concentration would be model units, leasing centers, clubhouses and amenity centers. Job responsibilities would include design work, developing vendor contacts, logistical planning of multi-state installs, leadership of current interior interns and helping to develop the overall creative vision and functional aspects of this group.
