Job Captain and Architectural Production Drafters

One of the finest architectural design and planning firms in the United States presently has a number of production drafting opportunities in their West Los Angeles office. Our client has multiple studios, which support retail, mixed-use, single-family, multi-family, high density, and mid and hi- rise projects. Our client offers one of the finest compensation packages available in the industry as well as a very generous bonus plan.



The following opportunities are full-time positions from the first day (Employer paid fees.)



Our customer presently seeks the following:



1) Job Captains



Qualified applicants will posses the following credentials:



Bachelors in Architecture or commensurate experience



Five to ten years of professional working experience



Extensive experience in Type V construction projects



Solid Teamwork, Communication and organizational skills



Highly proficient in AutoCAD





Candidates will be very knowledgeable with the entire construction document process, building materials, as well as being a highly skilled detailer. The Job Captain will coordinate the drafting team in the development of construction documents while assisting in project administration.



2) Senior and Intermediate Production Drafters



Qualified applicants will possess the following credentials:



Bachelors in Architecture or commensurate experience



Four to eight years of professional working experience



Extensive experience in Type V construction projects



Ability to produce production documents, sets and details with minimal supervision



Extensive work experience using Autocad
