NJ Engineering and Survey firm seeking a Superstar to Manage their phenomenal growth. Yes they have clients, and yes they have staff, but what they are looking for now is a 10 or more year experienced Surveyor who is licensed in NJ to manage the group and take it to the next level!

 

 When you interview, you will be asked to tell us about your experience with the following: Do you work directly with clients?Do you partner with other departments ( Land Design, Estimation, Environmental, Construction Management, ect)?How are your written communication skills?Can you manage a diverse staff?How many survey crews have you managed in the past?How much experience do you have working on DOT projects in NJ?In your estimation what percentage of projects ( in the last year) that you managed were delivered on-time? Under budget? Accurate? How good are you at Proposal Development? What about estimation? How much plan and deed research, plan, and review have you done? Have you ever prepared a Right of Way plan ( ROW)?Are you current and up-to date with NJ Map Filing Law?
Have you worked with Microstation? InRoads?
