In this position, you will assist team members in drafting mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems including completing redline drawings and drafting details from sketches. Related responsibilities include client contact and consultant coordination; assisting in placing calls to landlords, tenant contractors and building department officials; developing a working knowledge of building codes; and assisting staff members with field survey work.

To qualify, you must have completed at least one (1) year of CAD training with an emphasis on mechanical drafting (or) completion of a CAD program with comparable work experience in the MEP field and at least two (2) years of experience at a similar company. Working knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices within mechanical/construction fields and an understanding of specific account typical details are essential, as are strong problem-solving skills.
