POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Multiple application and infrastructure domain PMO coordination is required, as is assisting in the development, implementation, and enforcement of system-wide standards across all application domain and infrastructure projects conducted by IS. Creation of a single source from which to view all existing IS-related projects will be undertaken, as will an effort to make all IS projects visible to senior and middle management by relative value within specific portfolios. The Portfolio Manager will coordinate with the domain specific leads to assist application domains and infrastructure leaders in a variety of areas. Qualified candidate will also develop a road map for each domain, provide educational assistance to project managers, and ensure adherence to Nissan standards. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required. Advanced degree and PMP certification preferred. Must have 10 or more years experience at a professional level, with a minimum of two years in a managerial role providing strategy, vision, and direction. Ability to communicate verbally and orally both to individuals and groups is essential. Must have demonstrated application and technology portfolio analysis, as well as vendor, contract, and customer relationship management skills. Understanding of the automotive business and financial analysis skills a plus. Working knowledge of IS PMO office best practices and operations are a must. Approximately 20% day and overnight travel.
