Position Requirements:

 

WPIIDC, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Project Entitlement Manager; this position requires a background in architecture, civil engineering or planning, with 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial development. In this position, the candidate will be required to work with municipalities to drive the entitlement / approval process for large retail projects. The candidate must be able to effectively coordinate with a municipality's planning department as well as present project design and information during public, discretionary hearings. Exemplary project management skills are required and essential in meeting critical timelines.

 

The candidate should have the ability to assemble color schemes and materials as well as provide conceptual design directives to the client and our design department as a foundation to initiate the building design process.

 

Organization is essential for effective execution in this position. Flexibility is necessary as additional tasks may be assigned. The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, as well as excellent presentation and public speaking abilities. Due to extensive computer work, the candidate must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD. Travel locally and within the state is required periodically. The candidate will also be responsible for other duties as assigned and deemed necessary by management.

 

After employment, the successful candidate will need to present evidence of their U.S. Citizenship or their legal right to live and work in this country.
