Project Manager

MC?, a national organization specializing in the design, production and management of exhibits, marketing events and tradeshows is seeking "The Very Best" candidates for the position of Project Manager for our Pen Argyl office.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Manage all aspects of project performance to maximize profitability while assuring an agreed upon level of quality and customer satisfactionFacilitate all production aspects of a project from engineering a design to supervising and monitoring shop progress and overall budgetManage the flow of information from Sales to Production in a clear and concise manner and help to build strong relationships between both entitiesManage the execution of work detailed on all production paperwork in a timely, efficient manner and in accordance to the contract document and estimated hours Review estimates and sales proposals with the production manager to establish labor budgets, material specifications, and outside vendor delivery schedulesDirect and supervise the detailing staff in the presentation of construction drawingsPre-Engineering of design concepts to determine method of fabrication, calculate best yield and confirm estimated costManage material specifications to assure conformity with design intent while maintaining project budgetCoordinate with the detailing to provide accurate graphic elevations and opportunities to graphic design teamManage the file organization and archiving of drawings

 

 

Requirements:

 Minimum of 5 yrs experience in related field Proficiency in Auto CAD 2007, Adobe Illustrator, and MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work effectively as a member of a team, interfacing at all levels within the organization as well as client organizations Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task/projectsStrong organizational skills
