Project Manager / Project Architect

Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, one of the nation?s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect for our Retail Practice Group in our Charlotte office.

 

The individual selected for this opportunity be responsible for design implementation, document production, and construction services on open air shopping centers and freestanding single tenant retail buildings. He/she will be responsible for the management of multiple projects and coordination of consultants and the project team.  In addition, he/she will assist in establishing fees and budgets and will be responsible for the financial performance of the projects. This position will also involve business development and client relationship management.

 

The successful candidate will have a 5-year degree in Architecture and 5+ years of experience (3 or more of those years in Retail architecture) and will be AutoCad and/or Revit proficient.  Registration is preferred (or on registration track) but is not a requirement.
