Project Manager / Project Architect, Office

Little, one of the nation?s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Project Manager / Project Architect for our Office Studio in Charlotte.

 

The individual selected for this opportunity will be responsible for direct client interface w/ developers, tenants and corporate clients from project inception through completion.  He/she will report to the Office Studio Principal and work with the Design Director to develop concept design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration on various projects. 

 

The successful candidate will be a strong designer with the ability and understanding of how to implement his/her ideas and will be an effective communicator both graphically and verbally, both in design and during construction.  He/she will be a registered architect with a 5-year degree in architecture and 7+ years of experience.  In addition, he/she will be proficient in AutoCAD, 3D BIM software, and MS Office (MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). 

 

Additionally, he/she will have previous experience with office design and construction and will be LEED accredited.  Proven track records in managing multiple projects, technical proficiency, client satisfaction, and understanding financials (internal fees and construction budgets) are also essential.
