At our Wilmington, DE office we are seeking a degreed Civil Engineer and PE with at least 10 years experience managing land development projects.  A strong background in commercial site planning, development, utility design, stormwater management and sediment control is required. This position requires excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage a diverse staff.
