Project Manager and an Architectural Drafter

Architectural Project Manager

Key responsibilities include schematic design, design development, construction document production, and construction administration.
Qualified candidates will have a B.S. Degree in Architecture plus a minimum of 6 years experience, must be proficient in operating Autocad and standard office software, must be knowledgeable regarding project standards procedures, must be able to develop preliminary designs into construction documents, and must have excellent communication skills.

Architectural Drafter

This associate's key responsibility will be CAD production.

Specific duties include the following:Assistance with the production and reproduction of construction documents Assistance with the production and reproduction of presentations

Qualified candidates will have a B.S. Degree in Architecture plus a minimum of 2 years experience, proficiency in Autocad and standard office software, and must be familiar with architectural standards, concepts, and procedures.
