Residential and Retail Designers/Project Managers For Immediate Positions in NYC

We are currently recruiting for 1 senior level high-end residential designer and 3 senior level retail designers in New York City.

 

Residential Designer - 65-95K

 

Very well established mid-size residential interior architecure firm is seeking a talented designer to work directly with the principal in the recently opened NYC office.

 

This is a wonderful position that will be working with the principal on several luxury projects throughout the US. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical CAD skills and be able to run a project from schematic design thru construction administration. There will be travel involved every other week for approx. 2-3 days depending on the stages of the project. This is a great opportunity to be part of the growing NYC office while having the benefits of a very well established firm.

 

Retail Designer/ Project Managers 70-110K

 Large firm is looking for 2 Senior Designers and 1 Senior Project manager for the retail group. Candidates must have at least 10 years retail specific experience. Architectural graduate preferred, interior design degree accepted.  Must have worked on at least 3 department store projects through all phases from inception to completion. Must have experience in block planning and merchandising, including conducting merchant interviews.
