A Senior Architect is needed for a consulting firm in the Northern VA area.  This individual must be a US citizen and able to obtain security clearance.  They must be registered and/or able to obtain a registration in VA, MD and DC.  Successful candidate will have a consulting firm background and have the potential to take on the management and leadership role of the architectural department.  The successful candidate should have: Responsible for managing and growing architectural design staff, and establishing, approving, and monitoring projects budgets for the architectural group. Responsible for managing and executing variety of project types including federal and institutional buildings, corporate office buildings and secure facilities. Assist with business development, marketing, proposals, and presentations Requires minimum of 12 years relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal, communications and team buildings skills are essential. Ability to obtain government security clearance is required
