Senior Architectural Project Manager – Laboratory, Science & Technology Projects

 

One of the nation?s finest architecture and engineering firms presently seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive Laboratory, Science and Technology building shell experience. Several industry magazines have recognized our client as the leader in several of their design practice areas.



The individual selected for this opportunity will serve as the primary contact on projects within our client?s S&T Studio. You will work closely with the Practice Area Principal and Design Director to develop concept design, design development, construction documents, and will provide construction administration on various projects. This individual will serve as a mentor by sharing his/her experience on similar projects and will demonstrate a commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice.



The successful candidate will have proven experience in running projects, managing project teams, client relationship management, and maintaining project profitability, and will possess a professional architectural degree and architectural registration. Required skills include knowledge of Autocad, strong knowledge of the design process, and effective communication skills. Previous Project Management experience supporting ground up design projects of the aforementioned project types is required.
